Q. Are your window cleaners fully insured?
Yes are window cleaners are fully insured both for public liability which cover any damage they might do to your property while window cleaning there, also WorkCover which covers any personal injuries they might incur while window cleaning
Q. Do u clean the fly screens?
Yes not only do we clean your windows, we also clean your fly screens at no additional cost as there is no point having clean windows if your fly screens are dirty. Many other window cleaners charge extra for this.
Q. Do u clean the window ledges?
Yes a long with doing all your window cleaning we also clean all your window ledges?
Q. Do u clear away the cobwebs?
Yes while caring out the window cleaning we also clear away any cobwebs in and around frames at no extra charge. We can also clear away cobwebs from you entire property if you want.
Q. Do you use any harmful or dangerous chemicals in you water when cleaning windows?
No when cleaning your windows we only use mild detergents similar to your own dish washing liquid.
Q. Can you remove paint from windows?
Yes while cleaning your windows we carry with us specialized scrappers to safely scrape any paint from your windows
Q. Can you remove graffiti from windows?

Q. Can you clean tinted windows?
Yes we can safely window clean your tinted windows. As we only use mild detergent with no added ammonia which is the main chemical used to break down the glue holding the film to the glass .Also our window cleaner’s only use soft applicators and micro fibre clothes
Q. Can you safely clean toughened glass?
Yes we have no trouble window cleaning toughened glass as we only soft applicators and micro fibre cloths. And our window cleaners are trained to identify the “soft” side of the glass and remove any product on it safely without scratching the glass.
Q. Can you safely clean “comfort” or “enviro” glass?
Yes we can safely clean these products as our window cleaners are trained in identifying these types of glass. And when window cleaning only use soft applicators and micro fibre clothes. They are also trained in how to remove any build up or product on the soft side of the glass without using scrappers.
Q. How do you clean high windows?
Cleaning high windows safety can be a challenge, we overcome this by using long extension poles in some cases high as 5 storeys, and we also have trained boom operators for difficult jobs. Also we have specialized ladder brackets if at a last resort ladders are required in order clean the windows. We are also was happy to provide you with a JSA prior to any job to discuss this further

In most cases the cost of window cleaning is less than expected, we are always happy to come and give a free no obligation quote prior to commencing any job.
